Booking
How do I book a court?
Head to the Schedules page, select your preferred date using the date navigator, filter by sport, then click any open slot. Your booking summary will appear on the right — click Proceed to Payment to confirm.
How far in advance can I book a court?
You can book courts up to 7 days in advance. Use the date navigator arrows on the Schedules page to browse upcoming days and check availability.
Can I book multiple time slots in one session?
Currently, each booking covers one hourly time slot per transaction. If you need back-to-back hours, simply complete the first booking and then book the next slot separately. Both will appear in your Upcoming Sessions.
Do I need an account to book?
Yes. You need to be logged in to complete a booking. If you don't have an account yet, register for free — it only takes a minute.
What sports and courts are available?
JPH Sports Complex has 8 courts available for booking:
  • Basketball Court 1 & 2 — ₱200/hour
  • Volleyball Court 1 & 2 — ₱200/hour
  • Tennis Court 1 & 2 — ₱300/hour
  • Badminton Court 1 & 2 — ₱300/hour

What are the operating hours?
Courts are available for booking from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. Last bookable slot starts at 9:00 PM.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods:
  • GCash
  • PayMaya
  • Bank Transfer
  • PayPal
Select your preferred method on the Payments page during checkout.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes! Verified students enjoy discounted rates. Upload your valid school ID in the Student Verification section of your account. Once approved, discounts will automatically apply at checkout.
How do I apply a discount code?
On the Payments page, look for the Discount Code field. Enter your promo code and click Apply — your total will update automatically if the code is valid.
Will I receive a receipt after payment?
Yes. An e-receipt is sent to your registered email address after every successful payment. You can also access your booking history under Past Activity Log in your account.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. JPH Sports Complex does not store your full card details on our servers.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel a booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Go to Upcoming Sessions in your account and click the Cancel button on the relevant booking.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
Refunds are processed for cancellations made at least 2 hours before the booking time. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before are non-refundable.
What happens if the court becomes unavailable after I book?
In rare cases of court unavailability (e.g., emergency maintenance), we will notify you via email and issue a full refund. We will also attempt to offer a comparable alternative slot at no extra charge.
How do I check my cancellation status?
Visit the Payments page and scroll to the Cancellation Status section. You can also view the status badge on your booking card in Upcoming Sessions.
Account & Profile
How do I create an account?
Click the Register Now link on the login page or the nav bar. Fill in your first name, last name, email, phone number, and create a password. Once registered, you can log in immediately.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the Login page, click Forgot password? and enter your registered email address. A password reset link will be sent to your inbox. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
How do I update my profile information?
Log in and navigate to Profile Settings in your account. You can update your name, phone number, and email from there. Changes are saved immediately.
How does student verification work?
Go to the Student Verification tab in your account and upload a photo of your valid school ID. Our team reviews submissions within 1–2 business days. Once verified, the student discount rate will be unlocked for all future bookings.
Venue & Courts
Where is JPH Sports Complex located?
We are located at 160 Peras Street, Cainta, Rizal. You can also view us on Google Maps . For inquiries, call us at 09389382916.
Is equipment rental available?
Yes! We offer equipment rental for all sports available at the complex. Visit the Equipment Rental section on the Venue page for a full list of available items and their rental rates.
Are there amenities available on site?
Yes. JPH Sports Complex provides standard amenities including restrooms, changing rooms, free Wi-Fi, a waiting area, and a snack counter. See the full list on the Amenities section of the Venue page.
Can I book the venue for events or tournaments?
Absolutely. We offer event packages for tournaments, company outings, and group events. Visit the Event Booking section on the Venue page for package details, or contact us directly at 09389382916.
